Was thrilled to get the puzzle. Have started it but not finished yet, so not sure all the pieces are there. The box was certainly sealed well with more than enough packing tape to do the job. The only drawback was that as I was sorting the frame and pieces to start the puzzle, we found a lot of longer, straight black hair and this was not a plus to the purchase. I would safely say that there was at least 6-8 strands in the box which we had to remove. Love the puzzle. Not thrilled with sale.
