Die Ware kam viel zu spät und war dann unvollständig. Auf Anfrage nach Nachlieferung der fehlenden Teile, ohne die das Produkt unbrauchbar ist, wurde mir mitgeteilt, es sei nicht möglich die Teile nachzuliefern. Stattdessen wurden mir 5 € angeboten, was nicht einmal 15% des Warenwertes entspricht. Rückerstattung sei ausgeschlossen!! Für mich ist das versuchter Betrug und dieses Unternehmen völlig unseriös bis kriminell.
