The product is very lightweight, and I barely felt it in my nostrils after figuring out how to get the dilators into the correct position. The dilators are attached with a soft band and are marked R and L but the color of the letters does not stand out and the markings are not easy to find in normal lighting, so I struggled with getting them lined up in the correct position. I use CPAP with a full-face mask including an opening that comes up against my nose, but my nostrils still close up while using the CPAP sometimes. I hoped the Hale device would help with this, but my left nostril still closed up. It could be that the obstruction is further back than the device reaches. I tried the device for several days but had the same result each time So, the device did not work for me.

This definitely opens your sinuses. It does not stop you from snoring. It does reduce the volume.

It is very uncomfortable. It is a pain to put in and a pain to remove. I would not recommend it to anyone.
