Shawl was as described (and better than expected) well packaged and dispatched in reasonable time. Happy at this end. The “No returns” caveat used by a number of sellers I feel is an abrogation of their responsibility.

I'm glad you like the shawl - the no returns caveat is primarily used to prevent buyers wearing items and sending them back after use - obviously if the item is not as described then the buyer can return the item
