Two out of six Ramekins were broken during shipping. I sent photos to the supplier with an explanation. After some hassle, the supplier offered to pay $7.50 as compensation. After all the hassle and asking $5 for each broken Ramekin, which is what I paid in the first instance,, I reluctantly agreed to the $7.50 offer and to modify my original feedback.

After 2 other sellers could not supply this book ( maybe they shouldn't advertise it if they haven't got it - however their refunds came through quite quickly ), this seller came through. The book is either very popular or very recently published. I received a brand new book & it was sent from Amazon.
