It came with a few scratches, a small dent on the backside, and a missing rubber piece on hinge. Nothing unreasonable for a used laptop. Software was up to date with most recent BIOS. Battery health at 91.25% of what brand new laptop would be, which is very good and reasonable. They're based in Australia so US buyers you need to buy new charger because they have different wall outlets there. Overall, very happy.

I wiped it with a wet cloth, and the paint came off revealing scratches, and chipped original paint. The unit cannot be described as in 'excellent A1 condition' and I doubt if it is 'refurbished by Acer'. The computer is working as expected in the week 2 of its purchase. It's worth the price but the seller could have been more forthcoming about the description and condition of the item.

Once opened the computer works flawlessly and comes with the full manufacturers warranty. The price advertised was quite a bit lower than what is available in retail outlets. Overall very satisfied.
