Kann ich mit leben, er hat ja auch Aufwände für die Verpackung. NEGATIV: Die beiliegende Rechnung war nicht meine Bestellung, sondern die eines anderen Käufers (=> peinlich). Dieser Käufer hatte gleich 3 Einheiten desselben Artikels erworben und dafür laut Rechnung die Versandkosten 3-fach bezeahlt (=> geht gar nicht).

Dieser Käufer verbreitet Lügen!!! Selbstverständlich haben wir dem Käufer die zuviel gezahlten Portokosten erstattet. Aber auch mit solchen I...... müssen wir als Verkäufer leben, da ebay natürlich nichts dagegen unternimmt.
