Es freut mich heute meine negative Bewertung, in eine positive ändern zu können. Durch die Feiertage hat sich, verständlicher Weise, die Reaktion des Verkäufers verzögert. Aber es gab eine Entschuldigung, Geld zurück und die Problematik mit der Verpackung soll zukünftig besser gelöst werden. Wunderbarer Kundenservice und professionell. Absolut seriöser Händler.

Lange Lieferzeit, ist aber auch so angegeben. Uhr war aus tiefen Raucher Haushalt und stinkt dem entsprechend. In der Beschreibung stand nichts davon. Für mich ist sie so nicht zu gebrauchen! Schade ! Zurück geben werde ich sie nicht, hänge im Keller auf. Verpackt war es sehr gut. Kommunikation ist in Ordnung, Antwort kommt mit längere Wartezeit aber sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Vase, bin sehr zufrieden. Für die verzögerte Zustellung sehe ich nicht den Verkäufer in der
Verantwortung. Aber der Paketdienst scheint mir nicht der verläßlichste zu sein: zunächst keine Zustellung
und nochmal Rücksendung an den Verkäufer, bei der zweiten Versendung wurde das Paket einfach über den Gartenzaun geworfen !!! Erfreulicherweise blieb die Vase heil! Kein Meisterstück von dem Paketdienst!
