Hi, we are glad to hear your package arrived safely!! We understand your concern for our future customers, however this was due to us presetting time away through eBay for personal family matters. We did as you mentioned, update all of our buyers through automated messages and feedback. As well as eBay notifying the buyer on our page and upon purchase that shipping would be delayed until our return.
