  • As basic as it Gets

Well written basic guide to (very) beginning Tai Chi. Also some Chi Gung thrown in for good measure. Guide to the positions is very well explained and illustrated. The only annoying thing is the hyper-cutsie style taht most of these "For Dummies" books affect. If you can get past that though, the book is well worth your time.
