Die folgende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Frage, welche Assessmentinstrumente zur Sicherung der Pflegequalitat auf der Intensivbettenstation am Beispiel des Delirs eingesetzt werden koennen. Grundlage dieser Arbeit ist eine sekundar analytische Bestandsaufnahme. Assessmentinstrumente dienen dazu den Erkrankungsschweregrad zu objektivieren und tragen massgeblich zu Qualitatssicherung bei. Qualitatssicherung ist eine wichtige Materie auf der Intensivstation und die Implementierung von Assessmentinstrumenten kann dazu beitragen Leben zu retten.
