Item is not self-adhesive, so unusable for my needs. Full refunds require return postage. Seller tried to settle with an offencive $3 refund (price was $17.95). Finally settled on $10 refund, but still left out of pocket, with an unusable product. Requested seller to change laying, but product description is still incorrect, claiming to be self-adhesive - but there is no adhesive at all.
