Absolutely a dedicated seller. Sent me a discount offer for item but then I asked if I could get 2 items at discount price. They tried their best but couldn't get around Ebay's system. So went above and beyond and said if I ordered 2 at original price wouls send a refund. Excellent work around. Will be saving seller .Speedy delivery item in excellent condition, very happy.

Australia Post, unhelpfully, returned the parcel to the seller, claiming they could not find my address, so it had to be posted again and I couldn't give postage time 5 stars, although this was not the seller's fault. Although 2 of the balls were damaged (presumably in the post), the rest of the ornaments were beautiful and perfect. Wendy was more than helpful with all communications and quickly refunded the cost of the 2 damaged balls. Excellent seller!!
