Superior Harry Potter Collection Product
Really Enjoying this Collection of the 8 Harry Potter films. If like me you are a Harry Potter fan and like multiple languages available on the same blu ray disc that you can easy switch between whilst the film is playing, then this Russian release is the one you want. It’s the best I have seen. I highly recommend it. Also a close second and a good complainion product is the French Harry Potter Collection blu ray release which also has many languages available. I would recommend you buy it as well. Both products have lovely pop menus when you want them. The films are as great as ever. A real viewing pleasure. Disk Issues
I bought this because I somehow lost one of my disks and scratched another one. I watch them regularly, so wanted to replace. When I got this I was initially so excited, but after opening it I noticed that the image quality on the disks was poor - clearly not the same as the quality of the ones I had from the store bought set. Oh well - don't care. However the first time I watched the first disk it started skipping about halfway through. I tried it on 2 different players with issues at the same place. The seller accepted the return under the eBay guarantee with no issue, but be aware of the quality you are getting and watch every disk that you get before the eBay guarantee period ends in case you have issues. Harry Potter fans get this!!
I got mine used for a VERY cheap price and everything looks like it’s never been used. All of the discs have images on them which is crazy cuz I used to have all the dvds and even the last Deathly Hallow part 2 on blu Ray and in that one the disc was black and said the title of the movie. This was an amazing buy! I watched a few openings of this before I bought mine and half expected the last two discs of this bundle to be black but...nope! All images! I have no tried to watch all the movies yet so if I have an issue I will edit this review later. You must not tell lies. The set is packaged in a handsome holo-foil box and a large Blu-Ray case with 8 spots for discs. But other than that, this set is a pretty obvious forgery. I'm ashamed I paid as much as I did for it. The inner artwork of the case is obviously photocopied (pixelated) and the discs are sometimes printed with the artwork that comes in multi-disc sets of the individual movies (two of them have "Disc 1 - Movie" printed on them. I question whether these are even Blu-ray quality video and audio, but I suppose I'll have to find out on my own. I just got it and I'm not excited to go home with it.
