    Excellent Product

    Has the same protection protocols as other products put at a more reasonable price. If you have an RV and don't have one of these, you are not protected from bad grounds, or power surges before it gets to the fuses, say good nite to power inverter, which is big bucks on the road if you can't do it yourself. fuses do not protect the power surges that harm those little motherboards found in just about everything these days below the visual amperage rating.

    Slept well knowing we were protected

    Highly recommend this Southwire 50 amp surge protector. We used this on our first motorhome trip to a SC beach then in Fla. & back home with a stop over in Ga. High quality product with tight fitting connection, which is needed especially when raining, which it did two nights of our trip. You never know if your camping spot has a good electrical outlet, so you better protect your toys or pay the price of an expensive repair.
