The unit was delivered earlier than scheduled. I had a challenge with installing the software. The unit comes with a mini CD and USB driver. I have no CD reader to access the mini CD, and the USB Driver did not work. I called customer service, and they responded quickly with a download link. Then, I received a pop-up message looking for an encrypted key. Come to find out the USB driver has the key on it and needs to be plugged into the computer while running the program. Good customer service!
