Bought 1st helmet and screen cracked within first 2 days of using. Bought another because I figured it was my fault and the clarity of screen is excellent and now the 2nd one cracked. Don't drop them ever or they will break. I've had other self darkening helmets for 15yrs and they still work and have been dropped and abused.

I didn't love at all. Was sent a burnt up welder won't even power on. Then lead and ground wire has burnt marks on it. Then I didn't receive the tiny roll of welding wire that was suppose to come with. After email to seller it was confirmed I was sent a returned machine from another customer. Was offered 80.00 compensation and roll of wire was supposed to come with. Im waiting for response and will change review
