    Does what is supposed to within its own limitations, as long as you choose correct capacity of conversion need, sometimes better to plan one step further, than at the limit described. Internet prices vary considerably for same item

    Best design, i.e. only one component [ an iron core transformer]

    Good old fashioned reliable iron core transformer with no switch mode power supply electronics to fail!!!!! I love traditional technology. Modern technology fails prematurely.
