    Poor quality product that doesnot work properly..its a gimmick

    poor quality product doesnt store ice just spits cold water...have been using it for 2 weeks and real trouble maker.

    So much quieter

    This machine is so much quieter than the bullet ice machine it replaced. Ice is made very fast and hopper capacity is large. It is that quiet I can now leave the butler pantry doors open.
