the cutter is what was ordered. The seller is another matter. seller took the order when they did not have the item, then took 3 weeks to obtain it and ship it. When asked why it was not shipped seller basically said too bad, it will get there someday. BAD SELLER DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!
