This product came as described. I believe a shoulder joint got damaged during shipping, but due to the fragility of these parts and the care to put it in multiple layers of packaging for protection, I do not fault the seller for this. The rest of the figure has held up well, so I would consider this an overall positive experience. Communication and shipping were definitely a plus, as well as the aforementioned packaging.
