Waited 17 days for item to be shipped and still hadn't been shipped. Contacted seller who generated a tracking ID but still did not ship item. 4 days after contacted the seller again and received a response that item was damaged in transit and they asked the carrier to dispose of the item. Complete rubbish, tracking never indicated that the item was shipped in the first place. Seller seems to be selling items they did not have.

Remedies, along with medicine and the knowledge of how the human body works and revives itself has been evolving since Cavemen were grilling animals over petroleum bubbles and fire-pits. "Healing Remedies" is a compilation of what plants are proven to work on ailments for millenia. It's wise to try natural first, before spending your nest-egg on hospital doctors and pharmacies.

Two thumbs up for the Illustrated ...Healing Remedies
I bought it because a friend of mine had it and loved it. I thought it was a long shot to find it on ebay, I was told it was out of print, but there it was at a fraction of the original price. I am very happy with it, there are plenty of new things I have learned by scanning the pertinent pages. It is nice to buy a book and not have it tell you everything that you already know. I am extremely pleased. It has remedies from Aryuveda, Homeopathy, Herbalism and Aromatherapy. It also has a smattering of traditional and folk remedies from various wise cultures like, Chinese herbal remedies and American Indian. It goes into the history of how these movements were started and by whom. It explains the concepts of each method ie. dilution and shaking in Homeopathic medicine. Other sections ... This is an amazing book for anyone who has an intrest of natural/holistic healing. It is a large hard cover book with tons of very detailed diagrams and descriptions. The book covers a extremly wide range of topics and gives a through explination of natural remidies, natural diet practices, preventitive medicene, even physical activities that may benifit health. A wealth of information all found in one place for a very affordable cost. Best natural remedy book out there!
I owned this book since it was first printed. It got lost in our last move and I am replacing it with another copy. I've tried other books but none can compare to this one! I should know- I owned a bookstore and ordered several others. THIS one is the best, most comprehensive but easy to use of all the natural remedy books out there. You will not be disappointed!
