Got very annoyed that shipping/delivery was delayed due to UPS being lazy with signature delivery. Literally walked up to my door with a note and then drove off, without even attempting to knock and deliver the package. I understand why signature was required, and I know that's not the fault of the seller, but please don't use UPS for that service. They're the worst courier service ever, and deserve to go out of business. The product itself is great, though.
