Today, I received the package. The package included all the items described by the seller and included the number of cables announced.
The package was packages in very good way to protect the items and included the cables bag. The order delivered before the announced delivery date which was 16th April and I received it on 13th.

This seller is sending out products that are not matching the description. I was sent a bulky charger that was plastic, not the slim one in the photo that has a metal stand. Seller became very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour! Item has been sent back and I've still not received a refund! Escalating through eBay! DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! Check his bad feedback!!

The buyer could have returned the item with a click of a button for a refund instead he sent 19 MESSAGES. However, the buyer expected a refund without returning the item. Once we told him to return the item at our cost, he started to send ABUSIVE RUDE messages and some messages showed clear RACISM. The buyer pulled our names and addresses and sent a message in a threatening way. Once the customer saw our names, he started to preach us how things are done in UK, inside the preach there was RACISM
