Item is not as described! It is not memory foam it is an inflatable pillow in a u shape! And the shipping time was crazy long! I was disgruntled with this transaction in every way except for one, the correspondence! When I corresponded with the seller it seemed as if they were being honest once called upon the discrepancy and I admired that. They knew about the problem though and I recommended that they take the listing down and change it to be accurate to what was actually being purchased .
