Huge drawback: Once this machine is programmed to Worldpay, it can NEVER be used by another merchant processor (per Worldpay). After several days and going all the way up to Verifone, I'm stuck with a very expensive paperweight. Worldpay certificates cannot be removed by anyone else and they will not remove them. The machine itself is great.
