I asked the Seller for a "small" discount after discovering a Broken Lid to the outer wooden box delivered with this vase. She responded that it was that way in photos and offered refund. I believe that since there was NO negotiating the original price and purchased @FULL price, she might have relented, agreed.
Also, it took almost (1) week to have item put in shipping system, after complaining (2x), she said it was being "inspected". t believe that one should mention Outright if damage present
