First off the price was pretty good compared to similar items. Their feedback was also pretty impeccable. Seller answered my questions in a timely manner, and after consideration I snapped it up. Seller replaced the OS for me before shipping which they did quite quickly (ordered Saturday I believe, got it Wednesday). The computer was in great shape for preowned; very clean without blemishes which is rare for toughbooks. No suspicious software or weird behavior. All in all, very painless. A+
