Contacted seller as they listed item as open box but item had signs of use. It has cratches & scuffs. Open box means new but seller said it was used. Item didn't work & seller agreed to partial refund then ghosted me. Seller is clearly out to scam people. Buyer's beware. Wouldn't of had an issue if it was listed as used & I wouldn't have purchased it .
