The Seller sent my item in a flat rate box but bought a label for a weighted package. I composed a detailed explanation for her failure and a photo noting the stamp on the box stating that postage was due…which I paid.
Instead of providing me a refund (which a trip to the Post Office would confirm is in order) the Seller continued to ask me for documentation.
This Seller is either intellectually challenged or she is an attempting to wear me down going back and forth until I simply give in.
