The seller was really helpful and great communication. It got here super fast and was packed very well. He is just the cutest thing - he will guard my front door. The only negative I have is because his candy cane and scarf are pink. Every other penquin the same as this one, (and I shopped all over internet) had a bright red scarf and candy cane. I just thought the picture was a little out of focus. I am not a fan of the pink, but it is what it is and otherwise my experience was great.
