I struggled with this feedback. First, the good, then the BAD. The item conditionally was as describe. Packaging was sufficient… Shipping time good. The shoes arrived with the most profound odor. The odor filled my kitchen. I spend over a week of effort with the seller. They denied the odor, WOW! No interest in accountability . The seller did NOT respond after I presented a solution. Had they done so in good faith, perhaps the review would have been different. Will not buy from again.
