Excellent communication. Items very well packed . Parcelforce not 100% as there phone message stated arrival would be Friday ( differed to tracking info ) tracking was all correct and parcel arrived Monday correct to second text received and tracking info . All items were in excellent condition , just one small chip on the underside of one dinner plate which could easily be missed and the overall value of the bundle received was excellent for the price . As a charity item I’m very pleased .
