Rather than review item which I purchased for family member instead review Seller . I use click & collect option , I was under the impression email/text would be sent to advise item ready for collection. After week or so this did not happen ! Or I may have missed it altogether, therefore lodge claim eBay . Seller was exceptional, checked their record & advise date delivered, check with parcel collection store , parcel was indeed delivered waiting to be collected feel really dumb now😞

Parcel never turned up at local Post Office when due . Waited a week still no parcel . Got in touch with Ebay who organised seller regards refund . I got a very apologetic reply from seller and they repaid my purchase price straight away . Disappointing that the product went astray but seller was very good and did the right thing .
