Sent wrong item not pictured in sales post. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. But no response to three emails, and I was forced to file a complaint through eBay to resolve the issue and get a refund. That’s poor salesmanship and tells me the seller does not care about offering good customer service. I won’t buy from this seller again. No level of trust is possible, and trust is at the heart of eBay functioning properly.
