Prior to order I contacted seller to make sure that they send me clean untarnished and not rusted parts. Imake jewelry with these and I need them to be clean. She responded and assured that I would receive clean parts. Parts arrived and are old, tarnished and rusted. She continually keeps negotiating me down to only a percentage refund of my original purchase price. This seller is horrible… do not buy from them if you want quality products!
