For wired Ethernet networks, connect the HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP to laptops or a desktop computer with a standard USB 2.0 cable. It works with either Windows or MAC platforms, including Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac OS X 10.5+. This HP LaserJet Pro M425dn has 256MB of standard memory. It supports double-sided printing or copying and group network connections of up to 10 users.No need to worry about the life cycle of ink toner cartridges. A starter capacity HP 80A ink toner cartridge will yield about 1,000 monochrome documents, depending on text density. Compatible LaserJet replacement ink toner cartridges include the 80A ink toner cartridge, which will yield approximately 2,700 pages. Also available is a high-yield HP 80X (CF280X) black ink toner cartridge that will print 6,900 black and white pages.The eco-conscious HP LaserJet is Energy Star-rated for energy efficiency.     Great Laser printer/scanner/copier/fax for family sharing

    Solid printer for a small office, although I use it for my household. Have it configured as a networked printer on my home Wi-Fi and shared by all family members . Printer arrived with broken scanner glass, but the seller quicky sent me a replacement for the scanner/copier assembly along with instructions for replacing the brokent part. Once the broken scanner was replaced, the unit works flawlessly. Great product.

    Disappointed with duplex copying from the ADF

    For a Brand New Open Box item I am surprised to find out today 7/18/2023 that duplexing a copy from the automatic document feeder does not work. The first page comes out fine, the second page is black!!!!! Not what I expected from a Brand New Open Box item. I bought this to replace my old printer of the same make and model and it seems to me this is a refurbished printer vs a Brand New Open Box. Other than the duplex copying issue I am pleased with how the printer functions.
