Bought Zinc from Indulgences. They posted it in just PLASTIC BAG wrapped in TISSUE PAPER! It arrived damaged with deep crease/weak point in tube.
It’s a $30 zinc- their responsibility to pack with protection!
Wrote to Indulgences Director Michelle. Shockingly she said:
“I can ship another however it would come with shipping costs and I would need tracking of other being returned.
I don’t have control over how the parcel travels. It’s a shame this damage has occurred.”
