Good communication. Item is as described however is definitely on the small side and does shrink in the wash. We ordered a 5XL for a person that wears XL and it is only just big enough. Quality is as you would expect for the price. It took a week for the item to actually leave the senders warehouse, so it arrived just outside of expected delivery time.
