When I received this item, I noted a chip (piece was in the packing) and a box that had received rough passage. Thank you for such kind words. It's unfortunate the package was shipped roughly. I'd even say I'd double box next time....but it was shipped as a box in a box. So maybe a bigger box would be better. I'm glad you glued it, but now the kitty has a scar =(
