Site indicated part would fit my 2002 Silverado but it did not. When I requested a full refund of $13.80, which was guaranteed within 30 days, I received an email from the seller asking me to accept $4.80. I responded I desired full refund as the part was unusable. I then received 2nd email offering $9.80 "as compensation". Once again I replied that was unacceptable and that I desired a full refund. Following this, the seller refunded the full amount. Ebay should sanction this seller.
