The item is amazing but the delivery service was not. The parcel was delivered to the right house number in the wrong street and handed to homeowner who advised that it was the wrong address. The delivery man wouldn't take it back saying he was not allowed to remove it from the property once it had been handed over. Thankfully she was amazingly honest and brought it around to us. The parcel clearly showed my name and my correct address. You may want to rethink the courier service that you use.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. After asking for the letter 'M' twice on this supposedly personalisable bag, they sent the letter 'K', like in the photo. As I sent it straight to a friend as a gift I didn't want to trouble her with returns, but the seller stubbornly refused to offer me anything but a $10 discount on a new bag, or to return the old one. They should have sent a new bag with the correct letter for free for the trouble they caused. Absolutely terrible customer service.
