This was outside of their stated handling time of 3 business days. When I reached out asking when it would be shipped, they stated they dropped it off on a Sunday (???) and that renovations were causing the delay with tracking...which makes no sense. When these fragile items were finally shipped, they were thrown into a box with absolutely no protective materials . Would not recommend.
