    Brand new, exactly as pictured, easy to put together except for tightening of the nuts on the back wheels. I have arthritis and I am going to have to ask someone to help me with that bit. If the little spanner provided was double ended with the two sizes required this would be unnecessary. So I have not used it yet. Altogether, I’m happy with this trolley and would buy again from this seller if the need arose.
