    Awesome seller. I ordered this item. It came DOA. I reached out to the seller and they made the return incredibly easy. But, in an act of what can only be described as "How do you dress yourself?" stupidity, I screwed up the return and closed it before anything actually happened. I attempted to call ebay support but they are useless. I reached out again to the seller and they AGAIN were incredibly accommodating. And even thought I messed up, they still helped me get it done.     The item was labeled as hazmat and specified no shipping by air. My courier shipped it by boat because of that. Took 2 weeks extra to get to me, instead of 2 days. Paid 3 times the items cost to get it cleared. Never happened with any other battery I've bought. Not blaming the seller, just saying it wasn't fun. The batt came as described. Well packaged too. 5 stars for that...

    Quality, condition , appearance and value were all good, I will say that the shipping is kinda questionable, it comes in a small box inside a plastic bag. When usps delivered it to my house it was crammed into the mail box with 4 or 5 different bigger sized packages of different hardness levels. I think things could of gone wrong.
