Ice Cream, I scream WONDERFUL
Directions say after mixing cream, milk and flavoring to put in refrigerator for 2 hours. I speed it up by putting in freezer for one hour. OMG this is really good ice cream, on par with Hagen D.....Made chocolate and it was rich and creamy. Saved in special ice cream containers (highly recommend) and it was not icy at all. Makes very good ice cream. Nice and creamy ice cream with some recipes on how to make additional items. Best to eat the ice cream same day, however, as it hardens quickly in the freezer. Once it thaws it's very gooey. Still good to eat, but not the consistency of ice cream.

I used a cheapie ice cream maker before this one and the motor would have a hard mixing the ice cream as it got thick. The design for this ice cream maker is much better because it turns the bowl instead of the paddle thing. It never has any trouble. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
