    GM original part

    Took only about 20’minutes to install. Also used the original rubber gasket. All I had to remove was the plastic intake cover, air intake tube and the two small coolant hoses that connect to the two small hose barbs on the bottom of the throttle plate assembly that you are replacing. NOTE- you will lose a little engine coolant when you remove the two small hoses from the bottom of the throttle body. I had to add about 1 quart of coolant after the install. I would also suggest replacing the original spring type hose clamps with the stainless steel gear type. This new throttle body cured the problem of the the engine dropping down to an idle while driving down the road which also shows ‘reduced engine power’ on the instrument panel.
