    Handle makes a musical sound when operating which is very annoying, purchased to operate with my existing charger but found out that it doesn't work with that at all. I realised it wasn't charging. Connected up the new charger to charge it and it is working now, glass is plastic not glass as in original and this has international plug requirement which didn't come with it. It is very different to my existing product years old not sure if genuine or Phillips has changed this so much.

    DO NOT PURCHASE. Vendor cannot be trusted. The shipment took 1.5 weeks to the same city (meaning they forgot to send it on time). The description includes conversion plug but the vendor unwilling to supply this.
