    Placed my order on July 9 with a shipping time frame of July 12-16. A shipping label was created on the 10. Took them until July 17 to drop the item at usps. It’s now the 19th and I still don’t have my item. Seller ships from NY and I’m in MA. I wrote to the seller twice on July 16 and 17, they never responded to either message. Absolutely horrible customer service. Longest shipping time for the shortest distance ever. Can’t wait to see what condition they arrive in.

    Viper 5706

    The All In One Valet And LEd Is Very beneficial in saving space. The new remotes LCD with the micro USB gives you a lot of customization and control. Previous users stated that the buttons are sensitive, but they function as designed, you press on and it activates something. I use the remote button lock to avoid accidents and it's easy. Sometimes the antenna reception can experience interference which means commands may not respond but just from walking a quarter mile to test it's potential one mile range, I'm satisfied!! I considered Compustar and Prestige as price competitive but overall the Viper has more functionality product consistency that I felt was needed for me to install into a 2013 lexus and 2013 300c.

    Up sell, add on to the sale. Offer actuators, DB3, etc.

    Over all the system is good, but they should tell you that you will need extra equipment that doesn’t come with alarm so you can order that along with your alarm. But of course they don’t so I had to Waite an extra week to get a DB3 that I needed along with alarm.

    I’m happy I have a sister is awesome. I love it every time. I get ready to start my car. I just laugh and every time I get ready to lock it, I laugh a little bit. Is my toy because you can have a do so many different features if you want to add it, but I like it just the way it is.

    Great Product!

    Works very well, long distance. I love the lcd screen which tells you if it's locked or unlocked, even tells you the temp in the car and the remaining run time with the remote start. Most important part is making sure you find a good professional installer.
