Contacted seller after 13 days, who did not act until a dispute was lodged 3 days later, then refunded. Seller tried to claim item was delivered to my neighbours, who had kept it. Item price with the seller increased by about 80% after my purchase. Weird. It seems more likely they never sent it. Avoid.

While there has been some issues with this order, I appreciate the prompt refund made and contact re this issue.
